About Zach

Born in Louisiana, Zach has lived in Brooklyn, New York since 2013.  He earned a BS in Physics from LSU as well as an MFA in Visual Art from Rutgers University.  Well-rounded in education and experience, he has contributed to experimental physics research for LIGO at Caltech and taught college courses at Rutgers.

Zach believes every student can realize their full potential given the right resources.   After an initial assessment and conversation, he tailors plans and strategies unique to each student.  Along with an individual learning plan, Zach fosters a relationship of encouragement and trust in order to quickly grow each student's confidence.  

Outside of tutoring, Zach works as a visual artist in his studio.

Zach lives with his wife and two cats in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
